A 22-year veteran of the development industry, Bruce Deifik is founder and President of Integrated Properties, Inc., with offices in Denver, Colorado and Las Vegas, Nevada. Integrated Properties was formed in April 1990 to handle acquisition, development, asset management, property management, leasing and disposition of commercial properties under the ownership of Deifik and his investment partners. The company and its related partnership entities have significant land holdings and have acquired 83 commercial properties in five states totaling in excess of 8.5 million square feet, plus approximately 3,100 apartment units. The properties have included such assets as the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort in Palm Springs as well as numerous prominent office and retail centers in the Denver and Phoenix metropolitan areas.

Bruce Deifik was a partner of the Greenspun family, and the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Greenspun Corporation, a privately-owned company that manages and oversees the financial interests of the Greenspun Family of Companies through September 2011. Headquartered in Henderson, NV, TGC holds a presence in real estate, media, communications, travel and tourism, gaming and technology. Deifik oversaw day-to-day operations of the TGC Family of Companies, American Nevada Company, Greenspun Media Group, VEGAS.com, the Las Vegas Sun daily newspaper, various gaming partnerships, as well as the company’s extensive investment portfolio.

Deifik also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Nevada Company, the real estate development arm of the Greenspun Family of Companies, specializing in the design and development of master-planned communities and commercial properties. Deifik joined American Nevada Company in March 2006.

Mr. Deifik was a founding partner of Diamond Resorts International, a global hospitality and vacation holiday brand with a network of more than 300 vacation destinations located in 33 countries throughout the continental United States, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, Central America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa.

Deifik has been involved in numerous charitable and philanthropic endeavors. He currently serves on the National Parks Foundation Board and The Brent Shapiro Foundation For Alcohol and Drug Awareness. He served on the Board of Directors for Nevada Cancer Institute. He has served as Vice Chairman and is currently a Board Member of the National Jewish Medical Research Foundation and was a Board Member and supporter of Inner City Children’s Charities. He was a Board Member of Colorado’s Ocean Journey, which brought an aquarium and ocean resource center to the inland population, and has been a member of Colorado Concern, an organization of business leaders dedicated to bringing important issues and public policy to the forefront in a proactive manner. He and his wife, Nancy, have also been extremely active in the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

Deifik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Finance, from Texas A & M University in 1977.
