Vice President, Business Development
Jordan Deifik is Integrated Properties’ vice president of business development, and concurrently serves as the president of LawBank, a startup he co-founded based on collaborative workspaces dedicated to solo and small-practice attorneys. In his role at Integrated Properties, Deifik provides project management support on new commercial developments, while also serving as asset manager of the company’s portfolio, and overseeing the operations, accounting, and property management divisions of the company. Deifik served as de facto development project manager on 16M; the company’s signature mixed-use development in lower downtown Denver, including overseeing its sale for a record-setting figure for the Denver Metro region in 2015, and is responsible for tens of millions of dollars worth of portfolio assets.
Prior to joining Integrated, Deifik worked in the medical industry, as a clinical trials associate with Worldwide Clinical Trials in Raleigh, NC from 2009 to 2011, where he oversaw the conducting of international, multi-million dollar drug trials; and as a clinical research assistant in Hepatology with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA from 2007 to 2009.
Deifik received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Boston University in 2005. He then received a diploma in Premedical Studies from Harvard University Extension in Cambridge, MA in 2007, and subsequently, a Master of Arts in Medical Sciences with a concentration in Mental and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University in 2009. Most recently, he received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver in 2017.
In his spare time, Deifik likes to explore the Denver food scene, enjoys travelling to local and international locales, as well as being an avid reader of horror novels.
