Joshua Swissman is an experienced transformational Marketing Executive with 15 years’ experience in hotel, gaming, and entertainment. As the Chief Marketing Officer of Fifth Street Gaming, Swissman develops organizational strategies aimed to enhance customer loyalty and create unique experiences. Swissman is also a Founding Partner of The Strategy Organization, a modern boutique consulting firm specializing in the gaming and hospitality industry. He is highly adept at leading marketing strategy, brand strategy, marketing analytics, and loyalty programs. As a marketing innovator, he is endorsed for his keen ability to develop ambitious strategies, scale offerings, and position organizations for growth and operational excellence.
Swissman previously served as Chief Marketing Officer with Station Casinos. Prior to that, he served in various executive leadership roles in Marketing with MGM Resorts International. His roles expanded to overseeing various portfolio-wide strategic initiatives that increased revenue, decreased costs, leveraged scale, and improved operational capabilities.
Swissman earned his MBA from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is an active committee member with the United Way of Southern Nevada Marketing Committee, the UNLV Hospitality College International Advisory Board, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Leadership Las Vegas Gaming & Tourism Committee and is the Vice-Chair of the Clark County School District School-Community Partnership Program Advisory Council.
