Matthew Chilton has a distinguished career in the hospitality and gaming industry spanning over 20 years with oversight of hotel operations, revenue management, guest services, design and development, sales, and financial planning. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations with Fifth Street Gaming, focused on implementing operational strategies to improve performance, maximize efficiencies, and drive gains in customer satisfaction. Chilton is also a Founding Partner of The Strategy Organization, steering hospitality organizations in various facets of operations and growth strategies, including research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, services, and technology. Chilton has a proven track record of developing customer-centric programs that produce profitability, increase brand awareness, and capture market share.
Chilton also launched CCM Hospitality in 2018, a Hotel Development and Management Company, that financed, developed, and now operates two hotels in Nevada. He previously served as the General Manager at Delano Las Vegas, charged with leading the re-branding strategy of THEhotel to Delano Las Vegas. He has held various leadership positions at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, THEhotel, Treasure Island Resort and Casino, and Mirage Resorts. He has led several capital improvement initiatives, with oversight of up to $200M in renovations.
Chilton obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology, with a minor in Urban Studies and Planning at the University of California at San Diego. He also serves as the Board of Trustees Treasurer for The Meadows School and serves on the committee for Make a Wish Las Vegas.
