Jeffrey Fine

OWNER/CO-FOUNDER

Jeffrey Fine is a third-generation Las Vegan and a dynamic entrepreneur with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence, customer-focused strategies, and growth in the gaming, hospitality, retail, and real estate industries in Southern Nevada. He is the founder of Fine Concepts, overseeing 25 concept retail stores, and Fine’s Food and Beverage Ventures, where he secured exclusive development rights for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Nevada and expanded to 15 locations.

In gaming, Fine launched Silver Nugget Gaming in 2007, acquiring and operating the Silver Nugget and Opera House Casino. He is also a partner in the District Tavern Group, which operates three gaming and hospitality venues at The District at Green Valley Ranch, including Balboa Pizza Company, Al’s Garage, and Kennedy Tavern. Through these ventures, Fine has demonstrated a strong ability to combine operational efficiency with exceptional guest experiences.

Fine established Fine Properties in 2005, developing unique, high-end retail projects in Summerlin and overseeing major projects such as the 40,000 sq. ft. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Headquarters. He began his career in real estate investment banking at Nomura Securities in New York following law school, bringing financial and operational expertise to every venture.

An active community leader, Fine serves with Opportunity Village, United Way of Southern Nevada, the Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada, and Best Buddies Nevada. He has previously served on the boards of The Public Education Foundation and the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas and adopted the Booker Elementary Empowerment School in West Las Vegas. In recognition of his impact, he was named one of the 40 Most Influential People Under 40 in Nevada by In Business Las Vegas.

Fine holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arizona, graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, and is a member of the State Bar of California.
