Robert Wright is Vice President of Operations for Fifth Street Gaming, where he oversees day-to-day casino and hospitality operations with a focus on efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. He joined Fifth Street Gaming in 2008 as Casino Controller and has since become a key leader in driving the company’s operational strategy, embodying its philosophy of delivering personalized guest experiences in fiscally responsible and operationally efficient environments.

Wright brings over 20 years of gaming industry experience across the Las Vegas and Reno markets. He began his career in 1994 at the Peppermill Casino in Reno as Revenue Audit Manager, gaining deep expertise in casino operations, financial management, and compliance. His combined background in accounting and operations provides a unique perspective on optimizing performance while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Before his career in gaming, Wright worked in the fishing industry in Alaska. He earned his education at the University of Oregon.
