Joshua Swissman is a seasoned hospitality and gaming executive with 15 years of experience transforming hotel, gaming, and entertainment operations through strategic marketing and operational initiatives. As Chief Marketing Officer of Fifth Street Gaming, Swissman develops and implements organizational strategies that enhance customer loyalty, optimize operational performance, and create distinctive guest experiences. He is also a Founding Partner of The Strategy Organization, a boutique consulting firm focused on helping gaming and hospitality businesses align marketing, operations, and growth strategies.
Swissman is highly skilled in leading marketing strategy, brand development, analytics, and loyalty programs, with a proven ability to scale offerings, drive revenue, and position organizations for operational excellence. His work consistently bridges the gap between marketing innovation and day-to-day operational execution, ensuring that strategies translate into measurable business impact.
Prior to Fifth Street Gaming, Swissman served as Chief Marketing Officer at Station Casinos and held executive marketing leadership roles at MGM Resorts International, where he oversaw portfolio-wide initiatives that increased revenue, reduced costs, leveraged operational scale, and enhanced guest satisfaction.
Swissman earned his MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He actively serves on the United Way of Southern Nevada Marketing Committee, the UNLV Hospitality College International Advisory Board, the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Leadership Las Vegas Gaming & Tourism Committee, and as Vice-Chair of the Clark County School District School-Community Partnership Program Advisory Council.
