Joe Cain

VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL

Cain is an accomplished executive and lawyer with extensive experience in operational leadership, hospitality management, and legal strategy. He currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Fine Properties, LLC, where he oversees all legal, operational, and compliance aspects of the company’s diverse portfolio, including Silver Nugget Holdings, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Jamba Juice. In this role, Cain applies his expertise to develop scalable systems and processes that support efficient business operations and enhance guest and customer experiences across multiple properties.

Cain began his legal career as an associate attorney with Nevada’s largest law firm, Lionel Sawyer & Collins, focusing on gaming and regulatory matters. Prior to and during law school, he led government affairs for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Nevada’s largest business advocacy organization, providing strategic guidance on public policy and political initiatives. He also previously owned and operated his own law firm, managing a wide range of legal matters for businesses in hospitality and other industries.

Cain is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV and an honors graduate of Georgetown University. He is actively engaged in the community, serving on the UNLV Alumni Association Board of Directors, North Vista Hospital Advisory Board, and the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, where he is a past chairman. He also served as past president of the UNLV Law School Alumni Association and was appointed by the North Las Vegas City Council to the Strategic Budget Priorities Process task force in 2010.
