Cain is an accomplished executive and lawyer, with vast experience developing and implementing scalable legal operations, processes, and systems. Cain serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Fine Properties, LLC, where he brings a careers worth of experience leading all legal aspects of the company’s managed businesses and properties, including Silver Nugget Holdings, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Jamba Juice. Cain spent three years as an associate attorney with Nevada’s largest law firm Lionel Sawyer & Collins, where he practiced in the gaming and regulatory arena. Prior to and during law school, Cain led government affairs for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Nevada’s largest business advocacy organization, and was an integral advisor of public policy analysis and political advocacy. He previously owned and operated a law firm, handling a variety of legal matters.

Cain is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV and an honors graduate of Georgetown University. Cain serves as a member of the UNLV Alumni Association’s Board of Directors, North Vista Hospital’s Advisory Board, board member and past chairman of the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce; and past president of the UNLV Law School Alumni Association. In 2010 he was appointed by the North Las Vegas City Council to serve on the city’s Strategic Budget Priorities Process task force.
