Seth Schorr is a Las Vegas gaming executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience developing, operating, and repositioning casino and hospitality assets. As CEO and Co-Founder of Fifth Street Gaming, he has helped lead a diverse portfolio of gaming, hotel, food-and-beverage, and digital ventures, including Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino and Ojos Locos Sports Cantina y Casino at Hotel Jefe. Under his leadership, Fifth Street Gaming has become a recognized operator of multiple casino properties, bringing innovative hospitality concepts and enhanced guest experiences to urban and regional markets.

Schorr’s expertise spans gaming operations, hotel management, F&B development, and digital strategy, with a track record of creating profitable, scalable, and customer-focused businesses. He is known for introducing cutting-edge technology and processes to deliver competitive advantages, optimize business performance, and drive growth across both physical and digital platforms.

He has held senior executive and board positions at several international hotels, casinos, and resorts, including Bellagio Hotel & Casino, The Mirage, and Treasure Island. Schorr began his hospitality career in 1991 on the executive leadership team at Wynn Resorts, where he developed the International Marketing department in Macau, launched the Interactive Gaming division, and helped build The Wynn Collection of Fine Art.

Schorr earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
