Coming soon to the Fifth Street Gaming portfolio. When the A’s new ballpark opens in spring 2028, OYO Hotel & Casino, at 115 E. Tropicana Avenue, will be the closest casino to the stadium. Ahead of that milestone, ownership is investing in the property and has brought in Fifth Street Gaming to run the casino.

The property features a roughly 30,000-square-foot casino with more than 300 slot machines and live table games including blackjack, roulette and craps.
