Jeffrey Fine
Jeffrey Fine is a third-generation Las Vegan and a dynamic entrepreneur with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence, customer-focused strategies, and growth in the gaming, hospitality, retail, and real estate industries in Southern Nevada. He is the founder of Fine Concepts, overseeing 25 concept retail stores, and Fine’s Food and Beverage Ventures, where he secured exclusive development rights for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Nevada and expanded to 15 locations.Read biography
Joe Cain
Cain is an accomplished executive and lawyer with extensive experience in operational leadership, hospitality management, and legal strategy. He currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Fine Properties, LLC, where he oversees all legal, operational, and compliance aspects of the company’s diverse portfolio, including Silver Nugget Holdings, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Jamba Juice. In this role, Cain applies his expertise to develop scalable systems and processes that support efficient business operations and enhance guest and customer experiences across multiple properties.Read biography
