Providing a unique and inspiring guest experience while remaining fiscally responsible. This is the philosophy behind Fifth Street Gaming’s ownership and/or operation of a roster of local casinos, hotels, restaurants, bars and gaming taverns.
Because we operate at the intersection of the gaming, food & beverage, and hospitality worlds, we’re capable of accessing operational efficiencies that positively impact our bottom line. Because of our unique vantage point, we’re able to approach properties of any size or scale holistically and confidently.
From FSG’s senior leadership team with large corporate backgrounds, to our industry experts with decades of experience in gaming, hotel operations, restaurant development and marketing, every employee at Fifth Street Gaming takes great pride in what they do. The entrepreneurial spirit of the company’s founders extends to day-to-day operations and ensures a constant evolution of projects. Take, for example, our creation of a proprietary eSports platform to target a previously untapped gaming audience.
This kind of forward thinking is necessary to remain profitable, whether we are creating a brand new concept or evolving an existing one. The FSG team loves a fresh project, but remains vigilant when it comes to our four main business operations:
- Resort casinos
- Local casinos and taverns
Downtown Grand Las Vegas is our flagship casino resort management property, completely refurbished by FSG in 2011 – in partnership with owners CIM Group – with 640 contemporary hotel rooms, 500 slot machines, dozens of table games, over 10 bars and restaurants, and an iconic rooftop pool deck and social scene.
Other FSG gaming operations include The Lucky Club Casino & Hotel and Silver Nugget Casino & Event Center, both profitable North Las Vegas local hangouts. A more recent addition to our gaming portfolio, The Golden Tiki, has proven to be Las Vegas’ most refreshingly exotic new bar and tavern.
Our diverse roster extends to the food and beverage world with over 30 restaurants and bars in the Las Vegas area, including Triple George Grill, a downtown staple and neighbor to The Downtown Grand, Evel Pie, located on the Strip, and a multitude of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Jamba Juice outposts in town.
The world of eSports is yet another facet of FSG’s operations, and one destined to play a major role in future profitability. With video game tournament viewing parties, eContests, and even an on-site training facility for eSports teams, Downtown Grand represents the Las Vegas destination for millions of gamers and millennial consumers. The goal is not only to benefit from sheer marketability, but also to generate a stepping-stone for future video game wagering.
Diversification. Value. Integrity. Inspiration.
These keywords shape what we do at Fifth Street Gaming. Whether we are modifying the menu at Lucy’s Bar & Grill in North Las Vegas or promoting an eSports competition being broadcast from The Downtown Grand, we apply the same level of dedication to generate real, positive results for our carefully curated list of properties and clients.
