Phil Chernok

Phil Chernok has over 40 years of experience in graphic design, with a career spanning agency, freelance, and in-house roles. For the past ten years, he has served as Lead Graphic Designer at Fifth Street Gaming, where he plays a key role in shaping the brand identity and positioning of the company’s casinos, restaurants, and hospitality assets.

Phil’s work goes beyond design; he has contributed to the naming and conceptual development of Fifth Street Gaming properties, ensuring that each brand resonates with its unique clientele and aligns with operational goals. His deep understanding of customer experience and hospitality dynamics allows him to create designs that support both guest engagement and business performance.

Prior to joining Fifth Street Gaming, Phil worked in Manhattan at advertising agencies and design studios, focusing on consumer, entertainment, and hospitality branding and advertising. His background blends creative vision with operational insight, making him a trusted partner in bringing hospitality concepts to life.

Matthew Chilton

Matthew Chilton is a seasoned hospitality and gaming executive with over 20 years of experience overseeing hotel operations, revenue management, guest services, design and development, sales, and financial planning. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Fifth Street Gaming, where he drives operational strategies to enhance performance, streamline efficiencies, and elevate guest satisfaction across the company’s portfolio of properties.

As a Founding Partner of The Strategy Organization, Chilton guides hospitality businesses in operations, growth strategy, and the implementation of new products, services, and technologies. He is recognized for developing customer-centric programs that boost profitability, strengthen brand presence, and expand market share.

In 2018, Chilton launched CCM Hospitality, a hotel development and management company that financed, developed, and now operates two hotels in Nevada. Earlier, he served as General Manager at Delano Las Vegas, leading the successful rebranding of THEhotel to Delano. His leadership experience also includes key roles at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, THEhotel, Treasure Island Resort and Casino, and Mirage Resorts, where he oversaw multiple capital improvement projects with budgets up to $200 million.

Chilton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California, San Diego. He also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for The Meadows School and contributes to the committee for Make-A-Wish Las Vegas.

Joshua Swissman

Joshua Swissman is a seasoned hospitality and gaming executive with 15 years of experience transforming hotel, gaming, and entertainment operations through strategic marketing and operational initiatives. As Chief Marketing Officer of Fifth Street Gaming, Swissman develops and implements organizational strategies that enhance customer loyalty, optimize operational performance, and create distinctive guest experiences. He is also a Founding Partner of The Strategy Organization, a boutique consulting firm focused on helping gaming and hospitality businesses align marketing, operations, and growth strategies.

Swissman is highly skilled in leading marketing strategy, brand development, analytics, and loyalty programs, with a proven ability to scale offerings, drive revenue, and position organizations for operational excellence. His work consistently bridges the gap between marketing innovation and day-to-day operational execution, ensuring that strategies translate into measurable business impact.

Prior to Fifth Street Gaming, Swissman served as Chief Marketing Officer at Station Casinos and held executive marketing leadership roles at MGM Resorts International, where he oversaw portfolio-wide initiatives that increased revenue, reduced costs, leveraged operational scale, and enhanced guest satisfaction.

Swissman earned his MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He actively serves on the United Way of Southern Nevada Marketing Committee, the UNLV Hospitality College International Advisory Board, the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Leadership Las Vegas Gaming & Tourism Committee, and as Vice-Chair of the Clark County School District School-Community Partnership Program Advisory Council.

Robert Wright

Robert Wright is Vice President of Operations for Fifth Street Gaming, where he oversees day-to-day casino and hospitality operations with a focus on efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. He joined Fifth Street Gaming in 2008 as Casino Controller and has since become a key leader in driving the company’s operational strategy, embodying its philosophy of delivering personalized guest experiences in fiscally responsible and operationally efficient environments.

Wright brings over 20 years of gaming industry experience across the Las Vegas and Reno markets. He began his career in 1994 at the Peppermill Casino in Reno as Revenue Audit Manager, gaining deep expertise in casino operations, financial management, and compliance. His combined background in accounting and operations provides a unique perspective on optimizing performance while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Before his career in gaming, Wright worked in the fishing industry in Alaska. He earned his education at the University of Oregon.

Joe Cain

Cain is an accomplished executive and lawyer with extensive experience in operational leadership, hospitality management, and legal strategy. He currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Fine Properties, LLC, where he oversees all legal, operational, and compliance aspects of the company’s diverse portfolio, including Silver Nugget Holdings, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Jamba Juice. In this role, Cain applies his expertise to develop scalable systems and processes that support efficient business operations and enhance guest and customer experiences across multiple properties.

Cain began his legal career as an associate attorney with Nevada’s largest law firm, Lionel Sawyer & Collins, focusing on gaming and regulatory matters. Prior to and during law school, he led government affairs for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Nevada’s largest business advocacy organization, providing strategic guidance on public policy and political initiatives. He also previously owned and operated his own law firm, managing a wide range of legal matters for businesses in hospitality and other industries.

Cain is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV and an honors graduate of Georgetown University. He is actively engaged in the community, serving on the UNLV Alumni Association Board of Directors, North Vista Hospital Advisory Board, and the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, where he is a past chairman. He also served as past president of the UNLV Law School Alumni Association and was appointed by the North Las Vegas City Council to the Strategic Budget Priorities Process task force in 2010.

Jeffrey Fine

Jeffrey Fine is a third-generation Las Vegan and a dynamic entrepreneur with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence, customer-focused strategies, and growth in the gaming, hospitality, retail, and real estate industries in Southern Nevada. He is the founder of Fine Concepts, overseeing 25 concept retail stores, and Fine’s Food and Beverage Ventures, where he secured exclusive development rights for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Nevada and expanded to 15 locations.

In gaming, Fine launched Silver Nugget Gaming in 2007, acquiring and operating the Silver Nugget and Opera House Casino. He is also a partner in the District Tavern Group, which operates three gaming and hospitality venues at The District at Green Valley Ranch, including Balboa Pizza Company, Al’s Garage, and Kennedy Tavern. Through these ventures, Fine has demonstrated a strong ability to combine operational efficiency with exceptional guest experiences.

Fine established Fine Properties in 2005, developing unique, high-end retail projects in Summerlin and overseeing major projects such as the 40,000 sq. ft. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Headquarters. He began his career in real estate investment banking at Nomura Securities in New York following law school, bringing financial and operational expertise to every venture.

An active community leader, Fine serves with Opportunity Village, United Way of Southern Nevada, the Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada, and Best Buddies Nevada. He has previously served on the boards of The Public Education Foundation and the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas and adopted the Booker Elementary Empowerment School in West Las Vegas. In recognition of his impact, he was named one of the 40 Most Influential People Under 40 in Nevada by In Business Las Vegas.

Fine holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arizona, graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, and is a member of the State Bar of California.

Seth Schorr

Seth Schorr is a Las Vegas gaming executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience developing, operating, and repositioning casino and hospitality assets. As CEO and Co-Founder of Fifth Street Gaming, he has helped lead a diverse portfolio of gaming, hotel, food-and-beverage, and digital ventures, including Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino and Ojos Locos Sports Cantina y Casino at Hotel Jefe. Under his leadership, Fifth Street Gaming has become a recognized operator of multiple casino properties, bringing innovative hospitality concepts and enhanced guest experiences to urban and regional markets.

Schorr’s expertise spans gaming operations, hotel management, F&B development, and digital strategy, with a track record of creating profitable, scalable, and customer-focused businesses. He is known for introducing cutting-edge technology and processes to deliver competitive advantages, optimize business performance, and drive growth across both physical and digital platforms.

He has held senior executive and board positions at several international hotels, casinos, and resorts, including Bellagio Hotel & Casino, The Mirage, and Treasure Island. Schorr began his hospitality career in 1991 on the executive leadership team at Wynn Resorts, where he developed the International Marketing department in Macau, launched the Interactive Gaming division, and helped build The Wynn Collection of Fine Art.

Schorr earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
