Brad Conklin is Corporate Director of Casino Marketing at Fifth Street Gaming, beginning with Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino. A casino marketing and player development leader with more than 15 years of experience, he specializes in building lasting guest relationships, strengthening loyalty programs and using data to drive smarter marketing decisions.
Most recently, Brad served as Director of Player Services & Development, overseeing loyalty operations and player development across two casino properties. His career spans casino marketing, player development, database marketing, promotions, loyalty and operations, and his accomplishments include building a player development program from the ground up and leading a loyalty program redesign that increased new member sign-ups.
At Fifth Street Gaming, he is focused on growing player development, deepening guest loyalty and driving revenue.
