Ian Choi is Director of Casino Operations at Fifth Street Gaming, overseeing slot and table games operations across the company's casino portfolio. A casino executive with more than 29 years in Las Vegas gaming, he is known for driving revenue growth, modernizing gaming floors and maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance.
Most recently, Ian served as Vice President of Gaming Operations at Circus Circus Las Vegas, with oversight of slots, table games, cage, surveillance and count room operations. There, he modernized the slot portfolio, led the property's migration to IGT Advantage and converted Slots-A-Fun into the largest coin-operated casino in Las Vegas, achieving a 3.5x increase in win per unit.
Earlier, he was a casino shift manager across the three Primm Valley Resorts properties and was part of the pre-opening leadership team at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where he managed high-limit baccarat and blackjack. Outside of work, Ian is an avid outdoorsman and fisherman.
